Thanksgiving Holiday advice from Clay Clarkson

"Mayflower.

Pilgrims.

Plymouth.

William Bradford.

Squanto.

Use this thankful holiday as an opportunity to talk about God's faithfulness and sovereignty in the affairs of history, and about His hand of providence in the founding of our country.

On a personal level, remember all the good things God has given us to enjoy, His blessings, His provision for our needs, and His sovereign care of our lives.

It's a natural holiday to set aside time as a family to give thanks, to offer praises to God for who He is and what He has done, and to encourage one another with Scripture readings, music, and testimonies.

Between the football games, have a special time of worship and the giving of thanks with your own family or with other families."
